Precision, Strategy, Clarity
I advise companies, creatives and emerging ventures where ideas and commerce meet technology, media, sports and the arts.
I trained at Milbank LLP and Jones Day. As general counsel to an athletics organization, I helped design the governance and legal framework for a new U.S. professional tennis league. Today I'm Legal Advisor to the National Queer Theatre, working across arts, policy, advocacy and cultural strategy.
I treat legal work as a design discipline: precise, intentional and refined. Every contract, negotiation and structure is built to support the client's vision and growth.
